Position Overview
As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a creative, passionate Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to develop compelling visual content for both paid and organic social channels. This role will be instrumental in driving our brand’s digital presence, collaborating with directors on messaging and our eComms specialist on campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create Paid Content: Ideate and develop captivating ad visuals for Meta and other platforms that align with brand standards and drive sales, with support on messaging from directors as needed.
- Collaborate with eComms Specialist: Work alongside our eComms specialist, who will manage and analyse campaign performance, ensuring our paid content consistently delivers results.
- Organic Social Media Content: Produce impactful, brand-aligned content for organic social media to increase reach and engagement. Keep up with and incorporate trending topics to enhance our online presence and increase virality.
- Community Engagement: Own and grow the Synthesis community through social, ensuring you respond to comments, messages, and reviews daily, fostering a positive and engaged online community.
- Collaborative Ideation: Identify trending organic content ideas and collaborate on turning them into successful paid ad campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant qualifications in marketing or digital marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience in creating effective, visually engaging paid and organic content including still image and video.
- Proven ability to capture audience attention and create high-performing ad creatives.
- Experience with premium skincare, spa, cosmetics, fashion, or luxury brands is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut or relevant video editing platform.
- Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Position Overview
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Production Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, supporting the daily flow of production and lab organisation. You’ll work closely with our team to uphold the integrity of our brand through meticulous attention to quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Compliance and Support: Assist with daily production tasks, including mixing, bottling, labelling, and coding of products. Ensure compliance with regulatory and certification standards.
- Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Assist with setting up production equipment, ensuring proper calibration and readiness for daily operations. Support routine maintenance and organisation of equipment to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
- Quality Control and Inventory Management: Assist in daily quality control checks to ensure products meet specified standards before release. Help manage raw material inventory, tracking usage, and ensuring adequate stock levels for production.
- Lab Cleaning and Organisation: Maintain cleanliness and order in the lab, organising raw materials, shelving, and labelling storage containers appropriately. Follow GMP guidelines for lab hygiene and material handling.
- Assist with New Formula Testing and Stability Checks: Support the team in testing new product formulations, performing stability tests, and documenting results.
- Safety and GMP Adherence: Follow all safety and GMP procedures to uphold a safe, compliant and efficient production environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Laboratory Technology, Cosmetic Science, Formulation & Development preferred
- Attention to Detail: Keen focus on quality control and precision in following instructions and formulations.
- Strong Communication Skills: Proactive in communicating and escalating issues as needed.
- Team Player: Willingness to support team objectives and contribute positively to a collaborative work environment.
- Organisational and Time Management Skills: Capable of effectively meeting deadlines and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
- Systems Savvy: Proficiency in working with inventory systems, Excel/Sheets, and other Microsoft or Google applications.
