Refills

Please note the refill service is only available once you return your empty bottle to us. First-time orders will need to purchase a bottle.

Send your empty refill bottle to Synthesis Organics, Attention: Refills, PO BOX 748, Byron Bay, Australia, 2481. Please include a note with your name, order # and return address to ensure your bottle doesn’t get lost.

We will then clean and refill your bottle, replace the label if needed and send it back to you. In general, we process refills once a month so if you are ordering refills at the same time as other products please let us know if you want us to split your order.

We offer a discount on the refill which should more than cover the cost of sending it back to us, especially if you gather a few bottles to send at a time.
