Before ‘organic’ was popular, a quiet elegant woman left her university studies and thoughts of becoming a lawyer. She embarked upon a journey that would lead the way in organics, skin care and the marriage of products with inherent energy from the plants used to create them. Theme Rains was just 21 and top of her class at Sydney University Law faculty when she realised that there wasn’t a lot of genuine organic products in the market. She saw an opportunity to create products with full integrity, from the seed of the plant, used right through the whole supply chain to finished product. Her challenge was finding a chemist willing to push the boundaries and formulate a product that would reach the required 95-100% Certified Organic Ingredient percentage.
